Climall Plus

Window in thermal break aluminium, with reduced sections but with the highest levels of thermal performance. The windows are produced in EN AW 6060 aluminium alloy extruded profiles, the sections are among the slimmest on the market at only 62 mm, and the thermal values are still less than Uw <1.4 W/m2K even in the double glazed version, using stratification with UG 1.0 (with no surcharge), guaranteeing a light and simple to install window.

The profiles and the glazing beads can be either squared or rounded; EPDM gaskets and tubular 28 mm polyamide spacers guarantee unprecedented protection against air, water and wind penetration on such slim sections, and using low-E magnetron coated glass with a Ug up to 0.6 W/m2K guarantees an unequalled low thermal transmittance, reaching values of less than 1.1 W/m2K.

All the profiles are treated in an acid bath prior to painting, which is carried out using exterior grade epoxy powders, cured at 180° for 20 minutes. This treatment guarantees durability over time even in extreme weather conditions
